Pay now:

If you have chosen the Pay Now option, so as to get a discount from your rental fee, your rental is non refundable. In this case, if you cancel your booking, the amount paid can be used for rental within 1 year.

Pay later:

If you have chosen the pay later option, so that the rental fee is payable upon pickup the car, you can cancel your booking free of charge until 8 AM on the previous working day prior to your pickup date by email to [email protected]

If the booking
- has been cancelled after the above deadline
- has not been cancelled
- Lessee does not show up to pick up the car

the full amount of the booking is payable.
